Mike Self is a Commercial Lender in the St. Louis Metropolitan region, serving St. Louis County, St. Charles, and St. Peters communities in the First Mid footprint. He is committed to helping businesses meet their financial objectives and providing them with the First Mid services that best suit their needs.
Prior to joining First Mid through the Providence Bank acquisition in March 2021, Mike worked for several years at Big 4 accounting firms specializing in corporate tax. His accounting background has helped him make sound financial decisions for his clients.
Mike earned his Accounting degree at Truman State University. He currently serves as a Loan Committee Member for the Economic Development Council of St. Charles County and as a Board Member for the Missouri Mu Alumni Volunteer Corporation through Sigma Phi Epsilon.
